Rebirth not working

Is normal rebirth working because i can't seem to reborn on either my archer or water tao.

dont think it is i had to just do blessed rb on my war

blessed is better anyway -.- normal is too weak for this server

Blessed is better later in the game, but i'm not at the point where my items are good enough to begin blessing them. I would prefer the super gem.
