Simply level a character to 120+ so that you can 1-2 hit birdmen and start hunting there, they drop anywhere from 20-200k
Be warned: There are pkers out there, so bank your money every 5-15 mill depending how fast u can hunt (the easier you get money the more you can hold because it wont be hard to get back)

CPs are dropped in love canion from snakemen, they drop CP bags which contain 6 Cps.
