Kobe, the server has been crashed a few times lately. We just have to be patient, and when the server is down u cannot register(most of time).
If u need help im in the Chat.

It will be up when GM/PM fix it...

P.S. Couldnt u have post this somewhere in other threads?.. there are like 100 threads about this
