Yesterday the timezone of the server was somewhere in the Eastern hemisphere. Now it is in the western hemisphere. It is difficult to know when I can go back to lottery if I don't know what time it is. Is this servers time reflected by posts on the in game message board or what?

Yeah the time changes all the time...but its not hard to remember if you played lottery when your home clock sais its 12:00, then on the next day go 12:00 again lol Its not a book you have to remember word by word lol
