loging in problem probably not due to server down

First i want to say hi

this is my first time playing here

i did download the game and extracted and there's no instaaling and i can play right away with play.exe

however when i do open the client, while the auto patching is changing, i get internet connection error and asks me to reconnect. my internet is still connected though. when i press cancel, i get the co client with only one realm. when i log in i see blue bar load about 20% and freeze.

I am new here and not sure if this is frozen login problem or just me. thanks

I think its just the login server or they are patching. Probably the login server
